Founded in 2015, HAM helps people make sense of the healthcare system: creating decision trees for care, clarifying explanations of benefits, appealing denials, negotiating with facilities, referring patients to centers of evidence-based care, and providing pastoral care alongside the clinical navigation. Home, hospital, nursing, rehab, and assisted living visits are all part of the work.

HAM reports hundreds of clients served across the US and Great Britain, significant real savings to clients, dozens of care decision trees, and many successful appeals of denials.
