The work

What they do

Cary has almost 40 years of experience in cross-cultural ministry, training pastors all over Asia. The Center for Intercultural Training has asked him to serve as Asia Coordinator for CIT Global, coming alongside Asian church leaders to help them build indigenous training that fits their own background, situation, culture, and needs. Roughly 90 percent of pastors worldwide receive little to no training, and MAP describes Cary's methods as localized and successfully transferred, a training movement. Reny supports Cary, is settling the family into their new home in Columbus, helping her aging parents nearby, and is grandmother to five grandchildren.
