US Partnership Director

Support-raised positionTravel about 8 weeks a yearReports to the Executive Director

Develop, lead, and train the national support team, and provide direct support and care for our national partners. You will identify and establish strong partnerships across the country, and represent MAP Global at community and national networking events.

What we are looking for

Graduate-level training in Ministry, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
At least 10 years of ministry experience
Theology or seminary training
Excellent management, supervisory, and communication skills
Willing to travel about 8 weeks a year, roughly two weeks each quarter
Able to raise full personal support and help others build the health of theirs
A collaborative team player, as both a member and a leader

International Partnership Director

Graduate-level training in Intercultural Studies, International Business, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
At least 10 years of ministry experience
Five or more years of overseas experience
Theology or seminary training
Able to travel internationally about 8 weeks a year, roughly two weeks each quarter
Able to raise full personal support and help others build the health of theirs
A collaborative team player, as both a member and a leader

Finance Director

Support-raised positionSalary commensurate with experienceWorks with the Executive Director

Carry full responsibility for the finance department, overseeing all financial and accounting reporting, analytics, auditing, and growth strategy. You will build strong financial and administrative systems and partner with the Executive and Assistant Directors on high Human Resources standards. Confidentiality, attention to detail, and fiscal accuracy are essential.

What we are looking for

Graduate-level training in accounting or business administration
Five years of financial-management experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
Proficient in QuickBooks, with sound account coding and entry
Able to oversee accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, donation processing and receipting, and monthly reconciliations
Able to build the annual organizational budget with the Executive Director
Experience with pre-employment screening, onboarding, payroll, and routine HR functions
Able to raise full personal support and help others build the health of theirs

Executive Assistant

Full time, in officeBuncombe County, Asheville NCSupports the Assistant and Executive Directors

Provide comprehensive support to the Assistant Director and Executive Director, often serving as the first point of contact. Member care, customer service, and clear, caring communication sit at the center of every day.

What we are looking for

A growing walk with Jesus Christ through regular prayer, Bible study, and worship
At least 5 years as a senior-level administrative assistant, or comparable education, with strong financial-management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, and their Mac equivalents
Proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with W-2 and W-9 tax forms
Excellent phone, messaging, email, and communication skills
Strong organization and hospitality, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Able to relocate to Western North Carolina and work daily in Buncombe County
